Banco de Credito Centroamericano (Bancentro)
Just last year, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) signed a loan agreement providing $10 million in OPIC financing to Bancentro, a leading bank in Nicaragua, making Bancentro the first provider of long-term, fixed rate mortgages in the country.
