Living up to its well-deserved reputation as prime Guancaste real estate, the gardens and golf course have been designed to thrive in the natural environment and normal precipitation. A vegetation border will be planted all along the roadside to ensure both the acoustic and visual privacy of our homes, creating an elegant, natural property boundary for our residences and condominiums.
Phases I and II of the 62 Bougainvillea condominiums have set the standard for condos in Costa Rica.
