The Beach Resort has a twenty-five year master plan for a community development that includes property ownership in single-family residences, lots, condos and townhouses. Your visit to the Beach Resort begins with convenience. The properties are located only 45 minutes from Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia and 15 minutes from the Tamarindo airstrip. Living up to its well-deserved reputation as prime Guancaste real estate, the gardens and golf course have been designed to thrive in the natural environment and normal precipitation. A vegetation border will be planted all along the roadside to ensure both the acoustic and visual privacy of our homes, creating an elegant, natural property boundary for our residences and condominiums.
Phases I and II of the 62 Bougainvillea condominiums have set the standard for condos in Costa Rica. Golf At The Resort
The Golf Club course is a truly memorable golfing experience, designed in the classic tradition of the game by Robert Trent Jones II. Each nine meanders through the rolling terrain with breathtaking ocean views. This is eco-golf, with the course designed in harmony with the native Costa Rican landscape and blending beautifully with the best properties around the Tamarindo area.
The course is a true championship test for those in pursuit of the ultimate challenge. However, it was designed primarily for the resort player. Spacious fairways and multiple teeing options allow players of all levels to enjoy the course.
